I had a great use for my #968 side entry backpack bag this morning: It is 90 degree in Washington DC today. I was leaving a meeting and I took off my blazer and did not want to carry it, so I stuck it in the side pocket!! And it fit! When I took it out it was not even wrinkled. I have been buying Maple Leather purses, napsacks, waist purses, both large and small bags for the past 15 years. I was introduced to them by my friend who first found them at the Ann Arbor Art Fair, many years ago and now I couldn't live without them. They are light to carry, even when I stuff them with all my necessary clutter. I really appreciate being able to choose both the fabric and style. The most fabulous part is that these are totally washable.....after a day in NYC you might want to do that with your purse. I found your handbag in a small shop in Suttons Bay, Michigan which only sells things which are made in the USA. Although I tend to buy a handbag every month (my shopping addiction), your bag is the best I have ever had. It maintains its new look month after month. I love it and will order another one just like it but in lighter colors for spring and summer. I can't ever imagine buying another type of bag. This one works for me beautifully. I couldn't be happier and am so thankful that I finally found a handbag which meets my every need. Need I mention how much money I'm saving by not having to purchase a $200 or $300 handbag each month.

Thank you so much for making up my black chenille messenger bag and sending it early! I spoke with Lisa at the Paradise City Arts Festival in Marlboro, MA. I was carrying my black chenille messenger bag, and you told me that you don't carry that swirl fabric anymore, but that you have a different black chenille, but you won't always have that fabric available. On the spot, I decided to get a second one as a backup. You asked if I could possibly wait till the beginning of January as your shop was shut down for a while by Hurricane Sandy, and I agreed to wait. Today, the lovely bag arrived early, and it is such a pleasant surprise to have my expectations exceeded! I doing a happy dance!

Hi there! Just a note to tell you that I've been using my new large side entry nylon backpack #B969 for a cople of weeks now, and I LOVE IT! I am a very active amputee and I use both crutches and a wheelchair. Getting just the right bag for both can be a huge issue for me. The backpack on crutches is fabulous! Way better fit than a messenger bag in terms of weight distribution, and for the wheelchair, I just hang it off the back. It's perfect! AND it carries so much! I have a kindle, an ipad, water, a knitting project, some toiletry stuffs, wallet, phone, etc...and I can get to at all without digging!! So pleased. Thanks so much for a great product! I LOVE your bags! i own 5 handbags and 4 totes; one for each season and an extra all black. I have been using your great bags for so long that i thought i might want something new so i searched many stores and the Internet. Believe it or not, i haven't been able to find one bag with all the features I need: 1-3 outside zippers, inside pockets and/or zipper, shoulder strap, zipper on top (vs. flap), exact right size for my stuff (i saw bigger bags that have lots of zippers but i'm 5'2"- they're bigger than me!) and beautiful, pretty, colorful designs. So i decided to order a leather bag from you, since i've only been using tapestry so far, and now i can't wait to get my new design. why is it that you are the only handbag designer that "gets" what I need in a bag?! I wanted to let you know that my black backpack that I ordered at the Sugarloaf Craft Fair arrived in time for my vacation, just as you promised. It went with me to Walt Disney World and back. It was lightweight and convenient, and it held everything I needed, including my water bottle. I LOVE it! The only thing was that all the zippers needed to be opened so they can check the contents at the entrances, but that's ok--I loved having all the compartments! Thank you!

Just Love the two mini-totes I received yesterday. They are Purrfect! The mini-tote is the perfect size, it's light,
 and all the pockets and features-- including the metal ring on one of the handles (which I use to attach the case
 of my sunglasses), keep items organized and easy to access. And the design and material are just beautiful!
 I cannot believe that I'm so excited and happy about a handbag. I look forward to wrapping and  sending out the

Hi -- Purchased one of your bags at the Baltimore ACC show. I was the one who told you I wished you'd put
 grommets on the bottom of the bag so that it would hold up better, and I also did not like the wide thin straps
 on the bag. Despite those two "design flaws" I purchased the $110 bag , with 3 outside zippers
 (don't remember it's name).  (note: style # 224 French Satchel Tote)Have to tell you that it has been
 through the Metro, and sat on cement and bricks and pavement and gravel, and so far the bottom looks
 no different. As I was walking from the Metro this morning, I thought to myself, "Boy was I wrong
 about those straps -- these wide, yet lightweight straps fit my shoulder perfectly and really help
 distribute the weight of the bag." SO -- those two "flaws" are actually "design pluses" --
 and I just have to tell you how truly happy I am with this bag!! Thanks --Mary K., Virginia

My extra large,white, pouch bag arrived today exactly the day it was supposed
to arrive. It is lovely soft leather and is exactly what I wanted. I have a brown
and black large pouch bag I bought from you and they wear wonderfully well. I like
them because they leave my hands free and are not easy to snatch. I hardly ever

I received the purse (Leather Boxy tote). I a-b-s-o-l-u-t-e-l-y love this purse.  I have purchased several designer purses over the past years
 and the quality of this purse far surpasses Coach, Chloe, Perlina, Betsey Johnson and others.  It is the lining and craftsmanship
 that is the major difference in quailty. (My job requires that I travel for a living, and I needed a purse with many pockets, looks good
 and will hold heavy items.) I love all the pockets (6 on the outside -4 zippered + 2 open end pockets) ( 6 inside- 2 zippered and 4 layered
 pockets inside.) The leather is wonderful and I love the vibrant colors. This bag goes with my black suits and yet is the touch of color I needed.
I will save a bit more money and order a second one (of this same purse).   Sharon C., California

 This one was 7 times as costly, but fantastic quality.  I am trying to find an excuse to get another one or a

 to tell you the truth. Several years ago I bought her a 'Coach' fanny pack and not only was the size not comparable
